Girlguiding inspired experiences bring fun, educational and confidence‑building opportunities to girls outside traditional guiding settings.
Our service combines a tested suite of delivery models with a rolling innovation programme, shaped with girls, built through ongoing testing and learning.

Girlguiding inspired experiences are:
- Girl‑led. Co‑designed with girls and the teachers and adults who support them.
- Proven to work. Girls in Girlguiding are 30% more confident and 15% happier than the national average.
- Flexible. Delivered to girls wherever they are, whether that's school, a community group, online, or within health and social care systems.
- Outcome‑focused. Designed to build girls' confidence, wellbeing, and skills that will help them achieve their future goals.

Our enrichment offers
We offer a suite of experiences that schools, trusts and partners can adopt. Each experience is grounded in girl voice, systems thinking and place‑based collaboration. 1. Multi‑academy trust (MAT) facilitated enrichment A trust‑wide programme of Girlguiding‑inspired enrichment sessions. Girls build confidence, agency and peer connection through facilitated activities that explore identity, wellbeing and leadership. 2. Needs‑led misogyny and gender inequality diagnosis A school‑based model that helps girls identify the barriers they face, diagnose issues like misogyny or gender inequality, and co‑design a change plan. Girls channel their experiences into influencing school culture, so they and their community can thrive. 3. Train‑the‑trainer, data‑driven design groups A place‑based cluster model where we train, support and connect teachers, youth workers and community practitioners to lead girls in designing data-driven solutions to problems in their community.
Examples of experiences we've delivered
#BeeWell
Partnering with #BeeWell to give girls a space to explore challenges like loneliness and low confidence and design their own solutions. Girls led a range of creative projects, from events to fundraising.
Dixons Liverpool
A girl-led programme to co-design confidence building activities, tackling issues like sexism, bullying and mental health, giving girls a voice in shaping their school culture.
'Girls Create' with Lily-Jo
A programme demonstrating how harnessing creative expression can amplify girls' voices and support their mental health and self expression. Girls led every stage of the work, producing performances and a film.
