Girlguiding is for all girls and young women, and everyone who wants to see women thrive in the world. We’ll continue to explore the experiences and impact Girlguiding has on the lives of girls and volunteers, and use this work to strengthen and improve what we offer. We’ll continue nurturing the confidence of UK girls and helping them overcome any challenges they face. Together, we’ll keep tackling gender inequality to create a more equal world. To achieve this, our focus will be on reaching more girls than ever who can benefit from what Girlguiding can provide.

We’ll also speak out on the biggest issues facing girls and use our voice to influence decision makers with the power to change and improve girls’ lives. Crucially, we’ll always make sure girls’ views and needs are at the heart of everything we do.
